Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide free shipping for orders over US$200 to most countries. For orders under US$200, a flat shipping rate of US$30.00 will be applied.

All watches are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, Hong Kong Post, or other trusted logistics partners. The choice of carrier depends on the destination and ensures reliable and efficient delivery.

Please note that delivery estimates are guidelines and may be subject to delays due to payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Remote Area Surcharge
If the delivery address is defined as a remote area, there will be a $50 additional fee applied by couriers for shipments, you could check with FedEx or DHL for the remote area, or feel free to contact us for assistance. 

To avoid this charge, we can arrange to ship by regular postal service, please contact us at hello@errantewatches.com when you have specify requirement for your shipment. 

Customs duties & Import Charges 
The price do not included importing fee, duties or VAT, customs duties and taxes for international shipments are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer.

Important Notes:  
We do not ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX addresses and a valid physical address is required in order to process your order.  

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect address provided by the customer.
